Kitty Galore is creating a device called The Call of the Wild that will emit a sound only dogs can hear. When they hear it, they will go crazy and turn on their owners. She plans to use a satellite to emit the sound across the entire planet. Owners will be forced to lock all their dogs away in kennels, leaving the world virtually dog free.

But the dogs aren’t the only ones who want to stop Kitty in her tracks. M.E.O.W.S agent Catherine is sent to thwart her plans as well. Now the cat and dogs must work together to stop the evil Kitty Galore.

There’s no doubt that Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore is a cheesy movie. But it’s certainly not all bad. There are tons of hilarious lines that will leave audiences of every age laughing.
