All you need is a white sheet. It's the simplest, most cost-efficient homemade Halloween costume on the block. Yeah, it's boring and people will be more retro is in. And if you're lucky, you could find a creepy mask to go with your sheet. If not, don't forget to cut eyeholes out of your sheet.
