Those are the cards, now here's how the Yu-Gi-Oh! one-turn-win combo works:
1 - Play a Cannon Soldier.
2 - Have the Cannon Soldier launch himself at your opponent for 500 damage.
3 - As your Cannon Soldier is destroyed, play two Last Will cards to put Catapult Turtle and Magical Scientist into play.
4 - Use the Magical Scientist's power to summon 7 monsters with 2100 attack from your Fusion deck. These monsters can't attack, so it seems useless but just wait...
5 - Use the Catapult Turtle to launch all 7 monsters at your opponent for 1050 damage each. That makes 7350 damage, plus the 500 from earlier for a total of 7850 damage.
6 - To finish off your opponent, load the nerd (Magical Scientist) into the Catapult Turtle and let fly to cause 150 damage. This makes for a total of 8000 damage. Boom, one toast opponent.
Yu-Gi-Oh! question:
When I read the description of the Magical Scientist 1-turn-win thing, it says to summon seven Fusion Monsters, but that is impossible because there are only five monster places on the field.

You're right, you can't summon all seven Fusion Monsters at once. But, what you do is you summon one Fusion Monster, then use the Catapult Turtle's ability right away. That destroys the monster, damages your opponent, and makes more space so you can summon another monster. Keep summoning and destroying the monsters until you have done it seven times.
Good eye! I should have been clearer.
Have fun,
Gary
